Home Evaluation
A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), also referred to as a home evaluation, is a report prepared by a real estate agent comparing your property to similar properties on the market. Included in the report are homes currently for sale, recently sold through the local listings database, and possibly For Sale By Owner (FSBO). It is NOT an appraisal, merely an estimate of value based on features and the condition of your home compared to other homes in your area.

We can provide a free Comparative Market Analysis so you are aware of the value of your home in today's real estate market and as a valuable document required for a short sale application. Please provide the following information about the property you are selling and we will mail or email the report to you. We will make ourselves available to review the report and answer any questions you may have.
